Grass fed and grass finished, these lambs are born on pasture and spend the entirety of their lives there. Our flock is never fed grain, and never given hormones or antibiotics. Lamb has been referred to as "land salmon" due to it's omega 3 content. When grass fed and finished, these beneficial fats are considerably higher.
